When your item arrives

  • Your quilted item may be a little creased when it arrives, especially if it has travelled a long distance.

  • Lightly pressing your item with an iron on a cotton setting will help to smooth out creases.

  • For wall display, smaller quilts include a 12mm diameter pine dowel which enables you to hang it from a hook, screw, or nail. For large quilts a pine dowel will need to be purchased; follow these simple steps to display your quilt.

Quilts for wall display & totes

  • Do not machine wash these items.

  • Use a lint roller to remove dust.

  • Spot clean with warm water and a mild detergent if needed.

  • Wall quilts and totes can be ironed smooth on a cotton setting.

Quilts as blankets, runners, & cushions

  • Spot clean or machine wash on a cool gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Please note that machine washing your quilt or cushion may result in it becoming more crinkled with a less smooth appearance. Alternatively you can spot clean.

  • Use a colour catcher to avoid colour run.

  • Tumble drying is not recommended, hang or lie flat to dry.

  • Iron smooth on a cotton setting.
